BEFORE YOU INVEST (“BYI”) is operated by Overall Facility Support doo, Belgrade–Zemun, Serbia.
2. Information We May Receive
We may receive personal information when you contact us directly, such as your name, email address and the content of your enquiry. Purchase and payment information is processed through Lemon Squeezy. BYI does not directly collect or store full payment card details.
3. Purchases Through Lemon Squeezy
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as Merchant of Record for transactions made through its checkout. Lemon Squeezy processes customer and transaction information necessary to complete purchases, issue receipts, manage applicable taxes, refunds, chargebacks and related payment administration. Their processing is also governed by their own privacy terms and buyer terms.
4. Website Analytics
This website is hosted using Framer. Framer’s built-in analytics may provide aggregated information such as page views, traffic sources, countries, device types and similar usage statistics. Framer states that its built-in analytics do not use cookies or persistent identifiers and do not collect information that directly identifies individual website visitors.
5. How We Use Information
We may use information we receive to: respond to enquiries and provide customer support; administer access to purchased BYI products; maintain and improve our products and website; handle legitimate business, compliance and security requirements.
6. Legal Basis and Applicable Law
