1. About BEFORE YOU INVEST
BEFORE YOU INVEST (“BYI”) provides downloadable pre-investment analysis toolkits, templates, frameworks, reports, prompts and related educational decision-support materials. The service is operated by Overall Facility Support doo, Belgrade–Zemun, Serbia.
2. Nature of the Product
BYI products are decision-support and educational tools. They are designed to help users structure assumptions, model scenarios and identify potential business and investment risks. BYI does not provide financial, investment, accounting, tax, legal, valuation, audit or other regulated professional advice.
3. User Responsibility
Users remain solely responsible for the assumptions, information and data they enter, the interpretation of outputs, independent verification of information, and any investment or business decision they make. Users should obtain appropriate professional advice where required.
4. Purchases and Payments
Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as Merchant of Record for transactions made through the checkout. Payment processing, applicable transaction taxes, receipts and related payment administration are handled through Lemon Squeezy under its applicable buyer terms.
5. Digital Delivery
Products are delivered digitally following successful payment. Customers receive access to their purchased files through the order confirmation and/or the order link sent to their purchase email address.
6. Intellectual Property and Licence
Purchase grants the customer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased BYI materials for their own business or investment analysis. The customer may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, share publicly or commercially reproduce the files or substantial parts of them unless expressly authorised in writing.
7. No Guarantee of Results
BYI does not guarantee that an investment, project or business assessed using the toolkit will be profitable, viable or successful. Models and scores are dependent on assumptions and available information and may differ materially from actual outcomes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BYI and its operator are not liable for investment losses, lost profits, indirect losses or business decisions resulting from reliance on the toolkit or its outputs. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Third-Party Services
BYI may use third-party services, including Lemon Squeezy for checkout and payment processing. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Updates to These Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. The current version published on this website applies from its stated effective date.
