Refund Policy
Effective date: 4 September 2026
1. Digital Products
BEFORE YOU INVEST (“BYI”) products are digital products delivered electronically following successful payment. Customers receive access to the purchased files through the order confirmation and/or order link sent to the email address used for purchase.
2. Refund Approach
Because BYI products are digital downloads made available immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not offered once access to or delivery of the digital product has begun, except where required by applicable law or where otherwise approved in an individual case.
3. When a Refund May Be Considered
A refund or other appropriate remedy may be considered where: the customer was charged more than once for the same purchase; the purchased product was not delivered and the issue cannot be resolved; the delivered files are materially defective or do not correspond to the product purchased; a refund is required under applicable consumer protection law; or Lemon Squeezy, as Merchant of Record, determines that a refund should be issued under its applicable policies.
4. Change of Mind
A change of mind, failure to use the product, or dissatisfaction with an investment or business outcome does not by itself entitle the customer to a refund, subject always to any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
5. Digital Content and Withdrawal Rights
Where applicable law provides a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content, those rights apply in accordance with the relevant law. Where legally permitted, a customer may lose the right of withdrawal once immediate digital delivery has begun following the required consent and acknowledgement.
6. How to Request Support or a Refund
Customers should contact office@ofs.rs and provide: the order number; the email address used for the purchase; and a short explanation of the issue. We will review the request and, where appropriate, coordinate the transaction-related process through Lemon Squeezy.
7. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as Merchant of Record. Approved refunds and payment-related administration are processed through Lemon Squeezy. Processing times may depend on the payment method and financial institution.
8. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or override any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
9. Changes to This Policy
This Refund Policy may be updated periodically. The latest version published on this website applies from its stated effective date.
